Thank you for choosing our VPS programming and maintenance services. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations. By engaging our services and making a payment, you agree to this policy.
1. Service Overview
We offer the following services:
- Monthly Maintenance Subscription: A recurring monthly fee for ongoing maintenance and support services for your VPS. Payments for these services are processed via Stripe payment links.
2. Refund Policy
- Monthly Maintenance Subscription: Monthly subscription fees are paid in advance for the upcoming service period. These fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
This no-refund policy is in place because we pay for server resources and other operational costs upfront. However, this policy will be applied in compliance with mandatory applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, which may grant you specific refund rights.
3. Cancellation Policy for Monthly Maintenance Subscription
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly maintenance subscription at any time.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at support@nodec.digital or use the customer portal(You can use the email you provided during the subscription creation).
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Your VPS maintenance services will continue to be provided until the end of the current billing period for which you have paid. No further charges will be made after the current billing cycle concludes.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancellations initiated part-way through a billing cycle. For example, if you cancel 10 days into your monthly billing cycle, your service will remain active for the remainder of that cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month.
4. Service Discontinuation by Us
We reserve the right to discontinue services or terminate your subscription under certain circumstances, such as non-payment or violation of our terms of service. In such cases, our refund policy as stated above will still apply, subject to any applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy or providing notice to you. We encourage you to periodically review this policy. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
